How petition data is handled

This website collects the signer’s full name, company name, selected capacity, server-recorded date and time, consent record, and electronic signature solely for this petition.

Public signature register

Before submitting, every signer is informed that their full name, company name, role, signing date and time, and electronic signature will be displayed publicly in the live Clearing Agent or Importer register on this website. Records submitted under an earlier private consent version are not automatically exposed.

Security

Names, company names, and signature images are encrypted before storage. Public signature images are delivered through a controlled PHP endpoint rather than exposing the protected storage folder directly.

Fraud prevention

A keyed one-way hash of limited technical information may be stored to detect duplicate or abusive submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the petition database.

Administrator access

Only an authorized administrator with protected credentials can access the complete database, export records, or change the banner image. Hosting, database, and administrator credentials must be secured by the site owner.

Retention

Records should be retained only as long as reasonably required to verify, submit, or defend the integrity of the petition, then securely deleted according to the organizer’s policy and applicable law.
